About Returns

You can exchange the product that you have purchased from Foint. For the reasons like defective/wrong/damaged product received, please contact support within 3 days of delivery for a exchange, as long as it is unused and in a good condition.

In case of purchase of any electronic goods, If the product doesn't work at the time of delivery and you inform us the same day of the product being delivered, We will provide you with the replacement of that product within 7 business days.

If there is any issue related to the size in clothing & Shoes then you can contact the customer support for the size replacement in the same article.  

NOTE -

Buyer cannot return the product due to quality related reasons.

If you have ordered the maximum size in clothing & Shoes available and you need a bigger size in replacement then it can’t be returned or replaced.

*Notice: Underwear and Swimwear are not allowed to be returned. 

*You are responsible for return shipping fees, and you need to return it by courier. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received, and must be returned in the original packaging.
